The James H. Rainwater Conference Center is proud to feature the outstanding catering abilities of  renowned Executive Chef Tim Wade.  Prior to briging his culinary talents to Valdosta in 2008, Chef Wade honed his skills at a variety of fine restaurants, country clubs and resorts in North Georgia.  He has been featured in Magazine Atlanta, as well as catering for celebrities such as Paul Newman, Hank Aaron and Angela Bassett.

Our professionally trained catering staff will provide excellent cuisine and outstanding service, whether you need a continental breakfast or a gourmet dinner.  We'll even make you feel right at home with our famed Back Porch BBQ!

We can also provide snack breaks throughout your day, as well as in-meeting continuous refreshments.  And, of course, we will work to fit your budget.
