Rainwater Conference Center offers more than 47,000 square feet of meeting space, including a pre-function area and Exhibit Hall that can provide more than 11,000 square feet.  Additionally, the 4,000 square foot conference hall, along with seven break-out rooms and two boardrooms can combine to create numerous set-up options and meeting spaces can be expanded or divided as necessary.  There is plenty of complementary parking available on-site.  Off-site facilities are also conveniently available. 

All meeting areas are created with convenience and ease in mind, with multiple outlets, individual sound, temperature controls and entrances.  State-of-the-art audio-visual services are readily available, as well as high-speed wireless internet capability. 

The Conference Center offers meeting planners a multitude of resources, such as event planning assistance, complementary promotional items, media contacts, transportation, spouse program ideas and sample activity itineraries.
