Located at Valdosta State University’s Thaxton Hall, this collection has 75 pieces of memorabilia spanning 150 years, including a pair of Muhammad Ali gloves, a guitar signed by B.B. King and tools from Madame C.J. Walker. Displays change twice a year, encouraging guests to return often for a fresh learning experience.

There is no admission cost and it is open Mon.-Fri., 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Group tours are available by appointment.
